The residence of the podestà is located on the top floor is a spacious room: with private staircase and private balcony, 25 sqm, attic, with beads and beams entirely original from the articulated design.

It has 4 low windows overlooking our private garden. They embellish this triple room with modern and unique furnishings.

Equipped with a double bed and single sofa bed, clothes hanger, and a chest of drawers.

Private bathroom with shower. Suitable for families or groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 3 people.
